Our returns policy is applicable from the date of purchase for 30 days on items that are defective or damaged. If 30 days have exceeded, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, with original packaging. We do not offer free postage and advise using a tracked postage service so that the item is safely returned to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and receipt of the item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify if the refund application has been successful.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged (as mentioned above), with sale items excluded from refunds/exchanges.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you in arranging an exchange.
The responsibility for paying for shipping costs for returning items lies with the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
